- Lead and oversee carpentry work on residential additions, ADUs, and new building construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to guide daily work
- Perform rough and finish carpentry including framing, trim, doors, windows, and cabinetry
- Supervise and mentor junior carpenters and crew members on job sites
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment efficiently to minimize waste and delays
- 5+ years of carpentry experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role
- Proficiency in framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Deerfield, NH area
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to perform demanding carpentry tasks in varying weather conditions
