Lead Caregiver / Intake CoordinatorPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dependable, flexible, and motivated Lead Caregiver / Intake Coordinator to support both client care and agency growth. This hybrid role combines hands-on caregiving leadership with client intake, relationship building, and community outreach.The ideal candidate is compassionate, proactive, and comfortable working in the field—meeting with potential clients in their homes, educating them on services, and guiding them through the onboarding process. This position plays a key role in both care delivery and business growth.Schedule: Monday-Friday 30+ hours per weekKey ResponsibilitiesCaregiving & Team SupportProvide compassionate, high-quality care to clientsTrain and mentor new caregiversFill in for call-offs and open shifts as neededHelp start care for new clients and ensure smooth transitionsConduct occasional home visits to support clients and caregiversIntake Coordination & Field WorkMeet with prospective clients and families in their homesConduct in-home assessments and intakesEducate clients on available services and care optionsBuild trust and establish strong client relationshipsGuide clients through the onboarding process and complete required paperworkDevelop initial care plans in collaboration with the care teamRequirementsHCA certificate through the state of CATB TestPrior caregiving experience requiredLeadership, training, or mentorship experience preferredExperience in sales, customer service, intake, or marketing strongly preferredStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to build rapport with clients, families, and referral partnersHighly flexible, dependable, and solution-orientedComfortable working in both home care environments and field settingsReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseStrong problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindsetCompensation & Benefits$25-27/hrMileage reimbursement (if applicable)Opportunity for growth into leadership or management rolesSupportive, mission-driven team environmentThe employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
