Serving as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams, the hybrid Lead Business Systems Analyst will manage client deliverables for multi-channel marketing engagements, ensuring timely delivery and participation in all phases of the systems development life cycle. Key responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert in business systems analysis disciplines, supporting marketing campaigns and reporting processes Coordinate System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, including developing test plans and executing test cases Manage project work streams, prioritizing tasks based on client and internal team input to meet deadlines Required qualifications 8 years of related experience in business systems analysis or a similar role Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems and proficiency in SQL Experience with all phases of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) Familiarity with campaign management tools and marketing execution concepts Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
