The ideal candidate will have deep experience working in financial services, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and leading cross-functional teams across the SDLC.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for banking systems and applicationsCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define functional and technical requirementsTranslate business needs into system specifications, user stories, and workflowsDrive end-to-end project delivery, including UAT coordination and production supportWork on data analysis, process improvements, and system enhancementsSupport integration efforts across multiple platforms and applicationsEnsure compliance with banking regulations, data governance, and security standardsMentor junior analysts and provide leadership on best practices
