Driving the implementation of complex business solutions, the full-time Lead Business Solutions Developer will strategize, plan, and configure technological tools while working remotely and mentoring colleagues throughout the development process. Key responsibilities Manages the implementation process by leading project teams and conducting requirements gathering while maintaining communication with stakeholders Performs advanced analysis using SQL and Power BI to identify and develop optimal solutions for stakeholder requests Collaborates with peers on development strategies, conducts code reviews, and mentors team members to enhance scalable product solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in the field or a related area Completion of a technical training program may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL, and intermediate experience with Power BI, DAX, and OLAP databases like Snowflake Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
