The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirement gathering, solution design, and successful delivery of scalable automation solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and modern AI-enabled productivity tools.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and automation opportunitiesConduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and design-thinking discussionsTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaAct as the primary point of contact for requirement clarification throughout the project lifecycleEnsure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirementsWorkflow Automation & LCNC PlatformsAnalyze, design, and document workflows using LCNC platforms, with a focus on n8nDefine end-to-end automation processes including integrations, exception handling, and human intervention pointsWork with tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, or Appian (preferred but not mandatory)Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutionsSupport UAT, deployment, and continuous improvement of automation solutionsAI & Productivity ToolsUtilize tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar AI solutions to enhance productivityImprove requirement documentation and process analysis using AI-assisted toolsIdentify opportunities to embed AI capabilities into workflows (e.g., decision-making, classification, data enrichment)Documentation & GovernancePrepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRS, user stories, and process flowsDevelop solution diagrams, workflow documentation, and value realization reportsEnsure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and banking regulationsSupport audit and compliance activitiesRequired Skills & QualificationsCore Experience8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Banking or Financial ServicesHands-on experience with workflow automation and LCNC platforms (n8n strongly preferred)Experience in digital transformation or enterprise automation initiativesStrong understanding of system integrations and API-based architecturesTechnical & Functional SkillsProficiency in requirement elicitation and process modeling (BPMN preferred)Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environmentsStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, architects)Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent workflows is an added advantagePreferred QualificationsExperience working with multiple LCNC platformsFamiliarity with enterprise banking processes and regulatory standardsExperience with AI-enabled workflow automation
