Lead Business Analyst – LCNC / Workflow Automation (n8n)We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) workflow automation, preferably n8n, to support enterprise-wide automation and AI-driven transformation initiatives within the Banking domain. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technology, drive requirement discovery, and enable scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, hands-on automation exposure, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to improve delivery efficiency.Key Responsibilities1.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder ManagementEngage stakeholders to understand current processes, identify pain points, and uncover automation opportunitiesConduct workshops (discovery, requirement gathering, design thinking) with business and IT teamsTranslate business needs into: Functional requirements, User stories, Process flows, Acceptance criteriaAct as the SPOC for requirement clarification throughout the project lifecycleEnsure alignment between business objectives, automation outcomes, and regulatory requirements2. LCNC / Workflow AutomationDesign, analyze, and document workflows using LCNC platforms (preferably n8n)Work with tools like Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, Appian (nice to have)Define end-to-end workflow orchestration, including: System integrations, Exception handling, Retry mechanisms, Human-in-the-loop processesCollaborate with developers, architects, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutionsSupport UAT, production rollout, and post-deployment optimization3. AI & Productivity EnablementUtilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to: Accelerate documentation and requirement gathering, Improve analysis and solution design, Enhance team productivityIdentify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows for: Decision-making, Classification and routing, Data enrichment4.
