Lead Business AnalystA Fortune 500 client is looking for a talented and dynamic team player to join our Strategic Initiative project as a Sr. Business Analyst. In this role, you will work alongside another Business Analyst and report to our IT Sr.
Manager (IT Systems Analysis). Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting user stories, processes, working with development team, architects to come with solutions and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, be curious, and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users and vice versa.Requirements:8+ years of BA experience required, 10+ years preferred3+ years of Lead BA experienceSQL querying experienceUAT experience on web based applicationsBachelors degree is requiredNice to have:Leasing, manufacturing, supply chain or procurement experienceBA, BPM or Lean / Six Sigma certifications
