- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- PE license (Florida required)
- 5-20 years of experience in bridge design and/or project management
- Strong background in FDOT projects and bridge plan production
- Experience with MicroStation, OBD/OBM, MathCad, and FDOT design software preferred
- Leadership qualities: mentorship, team management, and/or client-facing experience is a strong plus
- Manage bridge and structural projects across various phases of design and production
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Coordinate and lead client meetings, project delivery, and pursuit efforts
- Assist in growing the bridge practice and contribute to strategic team direction
- Support production efforts using MicroStation and other FDOT design tools
- Deliver projects on time and within scope, maintaining technical quality and efficiency
