Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership for ABA services to children with autism. In this role, you will conduct diagnostic-informed assessments, design and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide direct and consultative support to families. You will mentor and train behavior technicians and BCBAs, ensure high clinical standards, analyze data to drive progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in both center-based and in-home settings within our mission-driven, child-centered culture.
