Owning the reporting infrastructure, the full-time remote Lead BI Developer will manage data extraction, standardization, and performance marketing optimization while partnering closely with business teams to drive actionable insights across various verticals. Key responsibilities Audit and standardize reporting across assigned verticals, identifying discrepancies and developing a roadmap for improvement Bridge business context and data understanding to enhance dashboard standardization and execute ad hoc requests accurately Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making Required qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data Advanced skills in LookML development or equivalent in Power BI/Tableau Proven ability to build and drive adoption of reporting tools that enhance data literacy across teams Strong business acumen with a focus on understanding key performance levers and metrics
