Lead BI Developer

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Lead BI Developer will manage the reporting infrastructure across various business verticals, leveraging complex data analysis and performance marketing optimization in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and standardize reporting processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and trends Conduct retrospective analyses on performance metrics and support the development of a roadmap for improved data consumption Establish trust with stakeholders through education and proactive engagement, ensuring dashboards are effectively utilized Required qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a focus on performance or affiliate marketing Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent experience with Power BI/Tableau Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business performance levers Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of ownership over reporting processes from pipeline to dashboard
