Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client goals and objectives
- Develop and implement behavior plans to achieve client goals
- Train and supervise behavior analysts and technicians
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
