• Bartending experience in a full-service or upscale casual restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive during busy service periods.
• Leadership experience preferred for Lead Bartender applicants.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
