Bartenders — Delphine Brasserie (Ace Hotel NoMad)
Delphine is hiring Bartenders to join our opening bar team at the Ace Hotel NoMad, pouring in one of the city's most anticipated new rooms.
We're looking for bartenders with real craft and real stamina: classic technique, modern instincts, and the kind of presence that turns first-timers into regulars. You run a clean, fast bar and never let service slip.
What You'll Do:
- Craft classic and modern cocktails with consistency and speed
- Guide guests through the wine list with genuine confidence
- Build real relationships with regulars: names, seats, usual orders
- Own your bar for the full shift, from setup to breakdown
- Check IDs and practice responsible alcohol service every time
- Keep the bar spotless to DOH standards all night
Job Requirements
- Proven high-volume or upscale bartending experience
- Strong cocktail and wine knowledge
- Sociable, polished presence behind the bar
- Solid responsible-service knowledge
- Evening and weekend availability
Compensation & Benefits
- $11.35/hr plus tip pool (10 points)
- Expected average with tips: $35-50/hr (based on projections of average ticket price and comparable NYC concepts)
