Raf’s is looking for a talented Lead Bartender to join our team. We’re looking for someone with strong AM availability and lunch service experience who brings equal parts hospitality, leadership, and energy to the bar.
The Lead Bartender will help navigate the day-to-day operation, support the Head Bartender, and bring a strong administrative eye to the business—from service execution to organization and team support. Wine and beer knowledge are a plus.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to work hard, have fun, take care of guests, and make some money while doing it.
