Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Lead Bar Back to support fast-paced bar operations across our casino and resort venues. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead bar back support, ensuring bars are fully stocked, organized, and clean to keep service flowing smoothly.
Responsibilities include directing bar back tasks, rotating inventory, restocking product and ice, maintaining bar cleanliness, and responding quickly to bartender needs. You’ll model guest-first service, support training of new bar backs, uphold health and safety standards, and help create an efficient, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
