Owning the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions within ORA, the full-time remote Lead Automations Analyst will design, build, and implement AI workflows that enhance the customer success experience, collaborating closely with Quality Analysts and RevOps teams. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end AI solution delivery, translating success problems into actionable designs and deploying them in production Design AI workflows across the call lifecycle, including pre-call briefs, in-call guidance, and post-call follow-ups Collaborate with RevOps to identify platform capability gaps and integrate new features into solutions Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in AI/ML solution work, technical product, or automation engineering with end-to-end delivery ownership Working fluency with LLM behavior, prompt design, and orchestration patterns Strong understanding of databases and data flow between systems Ability to scope problems, design solutions, and write clear requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
