This is a high-impact, senior-level role acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT to design and deliver scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end automation initiatives —from discovery and requirements gathering to solution design, development, and deployment—while driving enterprise-wide process optimization and AI-led innovation.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT for automation initiativesLead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for automation use casesDesign, develop, and deploy automation solutions using platforms like UiPath or similar RPA toolsIdentify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reductionAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation and intelligent workflowsDrive enterprise-scale automation programs aligned with AI and digital transformation goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, AI, Engineering, Operations)Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices in automation deploymentsMentor junior team members and help scale automation capabilitiesRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in automation, RPA, or process engineering rolesStrong hands-on experience with UiPath or similar (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutionsExperience leading end-to-end automation implementationsStrong understanding of process mapping, workflow optimization, and system integrationsExperience in enterprise environments (banking/financial services preferred)Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation or intelligent document processing (IDP)Experience integrating automation with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise systemsCertifications in RPA tools (UiPath Certified Professional or equivalent)Experience in post-merger system integration or enterprise transformation initiatives
