Position Overview
Our client is seeking an accomplished automation leader to drive the vision, architecture, and execution of next-generation automation solutions across robotics, AGVs/AMRs, machine vision, industrial controls, software, material handling systems, and facility operations.
This is a highly visible Principal-level technical leadership role responsible for defining end-to-end automation strategies and transforming complex customer requirements into scalable, integrated solutions.
The successful candidate will serve as the technical authority for advanced automation initiatives, partnering across engineering, product management, operations, manufacturing, sales, and external technology providers to deliver innovative platforms for life science and research environments.
