This is more than a typical associate position. The incoming dentist will have the opportunity to step directly into the established clinical schedule and patient base of a long-time dentist as she transitions into retirement.

The retiring dentist currently maintains a productive clinical schedule approximately 2.5 days per week . We are seeking an associate for a minimum of 3 clinical days per week, with the opportunity to work up to 5 clinical days as the practice grows .

For a dentist seeking work-life balance, the existing patient flow provides the opportunity to earn approximately $250,000-$300,000 annually working just 3 clinical days per week . For a dentist looking for a full-time opportunity, our goal is to continue growing the schedule to 4-5 clinical days per week, with significant additional earning potential .

The retiring dentist will remain with the practice during an extended transition period, giving the incoming associate the opportunity to work alongside her, meet patients, and benefit from a thoughtful, personal handoff.
