12 Plus10 Years of Experience
- Good Experience with PeopleSoftSAP Human Capital Management
- Experience in working on TALEO tool
- Experience in working on HR Analytical tools
- Good Domain knowledge of Learning Management system
- Desired experience with SAP PI, PeopleSoft 9.x, SAP success factor
Responsibilities
- The LAS Role reports to the Lead People Solution Delivery Leader in the Information Systems Department.
- Lead requirements and functional IT designs.
- Accountable for collaborating with Human Resources Business Process Leaders and Human Resources Business Process Experts to deliver solutions that deliver business capabilities.
- Consult with expertise centers and business partners to ensure alignment with work process strategy and vision.
- Provide subject matter expertise in one or more IT architecture areas.
- Provide subject matter expertise in one or more HR application areas.
