To support system development initiatives, the full-time Lead Application Developer will design, modify, and develop systems while analyzing current systems to resolve issues, all within a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Codes, unit tests, and debugs programs while ensuring optimal performance through advanced programming techniques Conducts background analysis and collaborates with business partners to define needs and evaluate technical feasibility for system solutions Manages complex projects, coordinating with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to SDLC policies Required Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in software development with proficiency in Java or C# and web services frameworks such as Springboot or NodeJS Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Gradle and container management software such as Docker or Kubernetes Technical or trade school education in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field Familiarity with databases, SQL, JSON, XML parsing, and unit testing methodologies Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance and to mentor less experienced developers
