Seeking an experienced Epic Billing Claims professional, the remote Lead Application Analyst - Epic Billing will manage application configuration, optimization, and testing while providing mentorship and leadership to the team, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements. Key responsibilities Lead the configuration process and ensure adherence to organizational standards and methodologies Track key metrics and manage incident, problem, and change control processes effectively Facilitate communication between IT application teams and resolve configuration issues while providing implementation support Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 7 years of IT application experience with a strong knowledge of healthcare processes Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Epic certification in Professional Billing Claims and/or Hospital Billing Claims with at least 5 years of administration experience Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate others in a dynamic environment
