Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities as a Lead Appliance Repair Technician:

• Diagnose and Repair : Identify and fix issues with home appliances and equipment.
• Provide Estimates : Offer accurate cost estimates for repairs.
• Customer Communication : Clearly explain the services needed to customers.
• Manage Parts : Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
• Collect Payments : Handle payment collection for completed work.

Job Requirements

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing : Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience : Previous experience of one year or more in appliance repair is a plus!
