Lead APP - Virtual Health Assessment (Fully Remote)

• Lead the Virtual Health Assessment program, delivering care via telemedicine.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team of APPs, RNs, and MAs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and clinical supervision.
• Serve as escalation point and support clinical guidelines development.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams.

Requirements:

• Full practice licensure in Florida and multiple states.
• Board certification and 5+ years primary/urgent care experience.
• Prior telehealth and team supervision preferred.
