Lead Analyst, Transaction Monitoring

To support GoFundMe's global financial crime program, the full-time remote Lead Analyst, Transaction Monitoring will conduct complex investigations into transactions and customer behavior, identify suspicious activity, and enhance transaction monitoring controls. Key responsibilities Investigate complex financial crime typologies by analyzing transaction activity and customer behavior Lead investigations into suspicious donations and fundraisers, assessing the need for internal escalation Provide mentorship and quality assurance for Transaction Monitoring Analysts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in financial crime investigations or transaction monitoring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and transaction monitoring systems In-depth understanding of AML and ATF legislation Experience in conducting complex investigations involving financial crimes
