Supporting the Accelerate Program remotely on a contract basis, the Lead Analyst, ERP Implementation will manage change management strategies, conduct data analytics, and facilitate stakeholder communications across multiple SAP ERP deployments. Key Responsibilities Identify and document business change impacts, including scope and affected stakeholders Analyze data related to change impacts and provide insights for decision-making across business groups Support execution of deployment communication plans in alignment with the overall Accelerate Program strategy Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 1+ years of experience supporting major organizational change initiatives 3+ years of overall professional experience with increasing responsibility and scope Experience with organizational change management principles, methodologies, and tools Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges
