Leading a team of Rx Onboarding and Care Coordinators in a full-time remote capacity, the Rx Onboarding and Care Coordinator Lead will drive patient access and care coordination efforts, ensuring a seamless treatment journey for patients and caregivers in the East Region. Key responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of ROCCs, providing performance feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration Serve as the regional lead for the ROCC role, establishing best practices and managing escalations related to patient access and experience Oversee patient onboarding and care navigation activities, monitoring metrics to enhance treatment initiation and ongoing support Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or patient services, with a focus on patient access and reimbursement Prior experience leading patient support or field-based teams Strong knowledge of patient access processes, including benefit verification and prior authorization Experience with complex therapies and rare diseases, particularly in infusion therapy Bilingual Spanish preferred
