We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Java Full Stack development. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of customer data-driven digital marketing solutions, enabling real-time personalization and advanced customer profiling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions
- Design and develop Customer Data Platform (CDP) architecture
- Implement profile stitching and identity resolution strategies
- Enable real-time customer profiling and segmentation
- Develop and support full-stack applications using Java technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital marketing solutions
- Optimize data pipelines and integrations across marketing platforms
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of implemented solutions
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Proven experience in Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation
- Expertise in profile stitching and identity management
- Experience in real‑time data processing and customer profiling
- Strong Java Full Stack development experience
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience with Apache Flink or similar stream processing frameworks
- Exposure to large‑scale event‑driven architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Minimum Experience Required
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
