Lead Adversarial Engineer

As a full-time remote Lead Adversarial Engineer, the successful candidate will manage end-to-end red-teaming workstreams against frontier models, scoping threat models, designing campaigns, and synthesizing results into clear risk assessments and decision-ready reports. Key responsibilities Establish a recurring red-team cadence by scoping targets, recruiting operators, and executing multi-week campaigns Create scenario banks and attack taxonomies to ensure comprehensive coverage and track families of exploits Produce executive readouts and issue trackers that detail severity, exploitability, and user harm with clear reproduction steps Required qualifications Experience planning and executing adversarial campaigns, including playbooks and after-action reviews Strong skills in designing scenarios, controls, and metrics for methodical experimentation Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate results into actionable remediation plans
