- 5+ Years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and customization
- Experience with cloud-based architecture, pipelines (Cloud Manager), repository structure, configurations, and deployment best practices.
- Hands-on experience in asset ingestion, metadata schema, renditions, asset workflows, and asset API integrations
- Proficiency in Java programming and Java-based frameworks for AEM development
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end development in AEM
- Knowledge of AEM architecture, Sling models, OSGi bundles, and deployment models
- Experience in integrating AEM with CRM systems, APIs, and marketing tools
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and deliver solutions aligning with business goals
- Familiarity with Git and other version control systems
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills
