Segra is seeking a Lead, Accounting Policy & Internal Controls to drive the accounting policy program and strengthen internal controls across the organization. The role reports to the Sr. Director, Corporate Controller and partners with Accounting, FP&A, IT, Legal, and Procurement.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in technical accounting, strong SOX experience, and a collaborative leadership style. Hybrid work setup requires three days in office with two remote days per week.
