To support financial reporting and consolidation efforts, the full-time Lead Accountant, Consolidations will manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reporting packages, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and Management Disclosure & Analysis (MD&A) in accordance with US GAAP Own the reporting package submissions to private equity owners, ensuring compliance with complex global reporting requirements Perform financial statement analysis to identify trends and communicate findings to senior leadership and cross-functional partners Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of experience in public company accounting or auditing in a SOX 404 environment Proven experience in financial reporting and technical accounting Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP Strong proficiency with financial system tools and advanced Excel skills
