Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the company's Patient Services landscape, including business process flows, data flow, and application functionalities.
• Meet with customers to gather requirements for new systems/interfaces or enhancements, and translate them into solutions partnering with technical teams, vendors, or consultants.
• Collaborate with product owners and solution architects to develop solutions for Patient Services business needs.
• Coordinate research, planning, and implementation of new integrations within the company's care model systems.
• Manage a team of business analysts, review work products, and coach junior analysts.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Systems, Management Science/Project Management, or related field, and 5 years of experience in a lead business analyst role. Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field with 3 years of experience will be considered.

• Experience in access & reimbursement services in Life Sciences.
• Developing solutions for HCPs to manage patient enrollment and prescription services.
• Experience with patient copay assistance, benefit verification, prior authorization, and related business processes.
• Utilizing data management disciplines including data warehousing, integration, visualization, analytics, and big data platforms.
• Leading projects impacting 4000+ end users, managing cross-functional teams, and program management.
• Managing demand intake, documentation, user story creation, and testing in JIRA.
