LDAP Engineer

Duration: 6 Months (CTH)

Location: Plano, TX (60% onsite)

THIS IS A W2 ROLE

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years leading global LDAP implementations
• Extensive demonstrable knowledge of LDAP data replication and synchronization methods
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with scripting and programming languages
• Extensive working knowledge with authentication and authorization
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in support of multiple identity disciplines

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years IT-relevant work.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Architect and mature directory services as the needs of the business.
• Representative as an LDAP expert for the Identity and Access management team
• Interaction with multiple levels of the organization using verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels. Role may communication to large groups or high-level constituents.
• Drives technical conversations to ensure the right path is followed to project completion.
• Communicates within and outside of project team to resolve conflicts in implementation schedules, design challenges, and other complexities.
• Collaborates with Business Unit Management to understand business needs and strategizes and/or recommends IT solutions to address them.
• Documents processes for upcoming updates in technology (e.g., design, architecture).
