Providing critical behavioral health support, the on-call LCSW Social Worker - Remote will assess and triage patients via telehealth, conduct psychosocial assessments, and offer a full range of clinical social work consult services in a flexible, variable schedule environment. Key responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide treatment recommendations for acute patients remotely Perform risk assessments and therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention and discharge planning Collaborate with the Psychiatrist on the Enterprise Telehealth team for patient care continuity Required qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University Active Clinical Social Worker License in one of the specified states upon hire 5 years of post-graduate experience in Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health settings Experience with Electronic Health Record documentation (EPIC preferred)
