Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-Time | Permanent Position | Monday-Friday Schedule
- Social workers must provide direct support and case management services to assigned patients and families
- Coordinate resources and services to support positive patient outcomes
- Advocate for patients while helping navigate social, emotional, and community-based needs
- Current Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license required
- LICSW candidates are highly preferred
- Hospital or healthcare experience preferred
- Located in a scenic rural community with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere
