A&L Goodbody's (ALG) Pensions Group is seeking to hire a Pensions Lawyer and would welcome expressions of interest from Solicitors with 0 – 3 PQE.Our Pensions Group in ALG is a market leader and one of the largest Pensions practices in Ireland. We provide Irish and international, private and public sector clients with expert advice and experienced direction on every aspect of occupational pension schemes and pension products.The Pensions Group’s diverse expertise facilitates fully integrated advice on all facets of pension issues. In addition to operational and best practice advisory work, the successful candidate would work closely with other legal areas within the Firm to advise on pension issues related to:Mergers and acquisitionsRestructuring and insolvenciesBanking structuresEmployment retirement policy and terminationsData protectionComplaints to the Financial Services and Pensions OmbudsmanHigh Court litigation and mediationsRequirements0 – 3 relevant PQE within a Large or Medium Corporate Law Firm in Ireland or the United KingdomStrong analytical and problem-solving skill.
