Responsibilities:

• Specialize in the legal aspects of managing multi-family real estate, specifically managing tenant evictions, resolving tenant disputes, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Comfortable with conflict resolution and a good understanding of the eviction process.
• Strong understanding of local landlord-tenant laws and terminology.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Acting with good character, competence, and sound judgments when dealing with client matters.
