This position requires excellent research, writing, and analytical skills to effectively draft a wide range of litigation documents.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct legal research to support the drafting of motions, briefs, and other legal documentsDraft and prepare complaints, meet and confer correspondence, briefs, discovery motions and dispositive motionsCollaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to develop case strategiesTake complete ownership for assigned workloadResponsible for bringing positivity to the workplaceOther duties as assignedQualifications1+ years' experience in civil litigationExcellent writing and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCandidates must be in good standing with the California State BarAdditional InformationOur law firm offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance coverage.
