Gulf Harbor Laundry is a brand-new, modern laundromat opening in New Port Richey. We’re looking for dependable, friendly Laundry Attendants who take pride in keeping a clean, welcoming environment and providing great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Assist customers with washers, dryers, laundry cards and general questions
- Process Wash-Dry-Fold orders accurately and efficiently
- Wash, dry, fold and package customer laundry to our quality standards
- Keep washers, dryers, folding areas, floors, restrooms and customer areas -- clean throughout each shift
- Maintain an organized and clean children’s play area
- Receive and prepare pickup & delivery laundry orders
- Monitor the laundromat and quickly address customer or equipment issues
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly with strong customer-service skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift laundry bags/baskets
- Comfortable using basic technology and point-of-sale systems
