Launch-Scale Manufacturing Director

BLOX designs, manufactures, and constructs buildings and delivers them as products across the country. The Director of Manufacturing Launch owns manufacturing setup in Launch, guiding design‑to‑production ramp and stabilization to consistently produce buildings as a Product.

You are responsible for line setup, standard work, tooling, takt, and training, while collaborating with design and program management. Based in Birmingham, AL with occasional travel.
