Launch Enablement Manager

Managing the launch process for new product and technology releases, the full-time remote Launch Enablement Manager will ensure teams are prepared to adopt, support, promote, and leverage new capabilities through effective project coordination and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities: Define and manage launch readiness plans, including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities Own the launch calendar and track milestones, readiness status, and risks for assigned releases Coordinate launch activities across multiple departments to ensure effective communication and support Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in launch management, project coordination, or change management Experience coordinating technology or product releases across various stakeholder groups Familiarity with healthcare insurance programs and enterprise platforms preferred Strong project coordination skills, including planning and risk management Experience developing communications and training materials for stakeholders
