In this role, you will set up and operate CNC and/or manual lathes to produce complex parts with tight tolerances, directly contributing to products that support cutting-edge technologies. You'll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals in a culture that values craftsmanship, accountability, and operational excellence.This position is eligible for a $3,500 sign-on bonus. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist, working on Lathe machines with Mill capabilities.Demonstrated working knowledge of G-Code is preferredKnowledge of Fanuc controls a plusIn accordance with strict Federal Aviation Agency (F.A.A.) regulations regarding Safety Sensitive Work (S.S.W.), employee enrollment & participation in the company's "F.A.A. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
