Responsibilities
- Manage U.S. and international trademark prosecution, including clearance searches and filing strategies.
- Handle trademark litigation, including TTAB proceedings and domain name disputes.
- Provide trademark licensing and counseling services.
- Draft and respond to cease and desist letters.
- Engage in IP litigation, with a focus on patent and/or trademark matters.
Requirements
- Possess a portable book of business and a growing IP client base.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship development and management.
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar and currently in good standing.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
