Duties
- Handle business transactions and general corporate work.
- Engage in commercial real estate matters.
- Draft and review legal agreements.
- Collaborate with team members on complex legal issues.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of legal experience in business transactions, general corporate and commercial work, real estate, drafting, and agreement review.
- Reputation for good standing in the legal community.
- Licenses or willingness to obtain licenses in North Dakota and Montana.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission in North Dakota and Montana preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
