Pay: $20-$25/hr+ Based on experience
Shift: Second Shift : 2:30pm-11pm

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire OR Direct Hire Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Laser/Turret Team Member Level 2 to join the manufacturing team. This position will operate and set up laser/turret equipment to cut metal components according to quality and production standards. Responsibilities
* 1-3 years of laser/turret setup and operating experience required
* Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
* Ability to understand standard and metric measurements
* Experience using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and height gauges
* Set up and operate laser/turret equipment
* Load and unload materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and manual lifts
* Perform quality checks and process verification
* Flex to deburring, hardware insertion, shakeout, or press brake operations as needed
* Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
* Ability to operate manufacturing equipment
* Occasional forklift operation
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
