If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your career, we want to hear from you!Available Shifts1st ShiftMonday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMOvertime: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM2nd ShiftMonday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PMOvertime: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AMWhat You'll DoSet up and operate CNC laser cutting machines.Load programs and make basic CNC edits as needed.Select the correct materials, nozzles, assist gases, and cutting parameters.Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.Read blueprints and work from production schedules.Track production and maintain accurate records.Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues.Safely handle materials using overhead cranes and other shop equipment.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED.Experience operating laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and measuring tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to safely lift and move metal materials throughout the shift.Technical or vocational training in CNC machining or manufacturing is a plus.If you're looking for a stable opportunity with consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and the chance to grow your skills in a modern manufacturing environment, apply today!
