Laser Machine OperatorTOPS Staffing is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join a growing metal fabrication operation in the Petersburg, VA area. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift position, will train on daylight for 2 weeks and move to your assigned off shift. This is an experienced operator position — not an entry-level opportunity.

After approximately 90 days, employees who transition to the client's payroll become eligible for a monthly production incentive that averages $1,500-$2,000 per month.
